2011 IAC Executive Committee Elections

In accordance with the IAC bylaws, an election will be held in May to select individuals to fill the following vacancies on the IAC Executive Committee: Executive Vice Chair (1 position) and Vice Chair at Large (6 positions). The individuals elected to the At-Large positions will take office on July 1, 2011 and serve two year terms. The individual elected as Executive Vice Chair will assume office on July 1, 2011 and become the IAC Chair on July 1, 2012 and Past Chair on July 1, 2013.  Each IAC member company in good standing is entitled to vote for one candidate for the position of Executive Vice Chair and to vote for 6 candidates for the At-Large positions.

As required by the IAC bylaws, a Nominating Committee was appointed to identify qualified candidates for the IAC Executive Committee. The distinguished members of the Nominating Committee were: Chair – Ted Davies (Unisys); Anne Armstrong (1105 Media); Anne Reed (ASI Government); Sally Turner (CGI); and Bob Woods (Topside Consulting).

A call for nominees was sent to the entire IAC membership. The Nominating Committee reviewed each candidate’s qualifications in the context of IAC’s goals, objectives and programs, as well as the roles and responsibilities of Executive Committee members. The Nominating Committee was very impressed with the qualifications and interests of all the candidates. After careful deliberations, the Committee nominated the following individuals.
