As our January 12th meeting was cancelled, the Human Capital SIG is pleased to have for our February meeting a rescheduled presentation from Angela Bailey, Associate Director, Employee Services and Chief Human Capital Officer, U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Angie has agreed to act as an Executive Sponsor for one of our projects--The Effects of Social Media on Agency Programs and Policies. For example, what are the effects of social media on Agencies implementation of programs, policies, and such. In other words, how does/is social media changing the way Agencies conduct their business, seek customer feedback and drive policy?
