The American Council for Technology (ACT) and Industry Advisory Council (IAC)
is a non-profit, public-private partnership dedicated to improving government through the application of information technology. ACT-IAC provides an objective, ethical and trusted forum where government and industry exchange information and collaborate on technology issues in the public sector.
About ACT Membership
Membership in the American Council for Technology is open to any full-time government employee at the federal, state or local level. There is no fee to join ACT.
About IAC Membership
IAC membership is open to all companies with an interest in the government IT marketplace by contributing dues, completing and mailing an application for membership, or applying online. The American Council for Technology/Industry Advisory Council has been qualified as a 501(c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Contributions are deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Membership dues are based on annual government revenues and may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
